Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that the             
following resolution be returned to the Rules Committee:                       
                                                                               
SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 19 am                                        
Suspending Uniform Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e) of the                   
Alaska State Legislature concerning House Joint Resolution No.                 
43, proposing constitutional amendments relating to the rights of              
victims of crimes and to criminal administration.                              
                                                                               
There being no objection, it was so ordered.
